Kalan Homes did a wonderful job building my home! They pay great attention to every detail and there were no issues along the way! My home plan is a fantastic design and looks great. Working with all of the team at Kalan homes was a great experience! I would strongly recommend this builder!

We have been in our Kalan Home for two years now. When we decided three years ago that we were going to downsize and move to town, we got busy vetting builders. After looking at other local builders, we toured a few Kalan homes that were under construction. My husband, being in the facility maintenance/management business, knew immediately that this was the builder for us! No shortcuts are taken on these homes. From selecting our lot, designing our home, making a few changes along the way, to closing, Kim and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We love our house and our neighborhood and can't imagine life any other way!
