My wife and I hired Kayland Construction Concepts to do a full renovation of our main and second floor. The renovation included replacing all floors with a combination of hardwoor and tile, replacing the carpeted stairs with stained maple hardwood, refacing our brick fireplace with a more classic look, replacing all trim and doors, and a new kitchen and laundry which was coordinated with Liberty Custom Cabinetry. Dino had previously finished our full basement so he was a natural selection to do this work. We couldn't be happier with the work that he and his team (Scott and Michael) did for us. Lots of ideas for improvements as the project progressed. Great advice when we run into the usual situations that come up with a renovation. We lived in the house during the renovation and the team from Kayland where very flexible in trying to schedule work around us. John and his installer, Shane, at Liberty were also a fantastic team. Lots of advice and fantastic service with some repairs to minor damage caused by another sub-contractor. Barb and I were very happy with choosing the Kayland team and would happily work with them again.

We could not be more happy with the renovation of our second floor carried out by Kayland Construction Concepts. Dino and crew were timely, cheerful, cared about their work and made great suggestions for improving the project quality. We had an unfinished basement and hired Kayland construction concepts for the job. We were looking for a contractor who would orchestrate the entire project so we wouldn’t have to deal with numerous trades and their timelines. Dino was very detailed with his contract, and made excellent recommendations with respect to layout and design. His crew is professional, considerate, and accommodating. They are also very clean! The craftsmanship is top notch! Each and every trade, plumbers, electricians, tile setters, and cabinetry, that work with Dino are excellent! We would highly recommend Kayland construction concepts for any project. We are extremely happy with the finished product!
