KDI built our home at the Reserve at Lake Keowee. Will Hines, the President of KDI, was highly recommended by several people. At the start, he provided the most detailed, and, as it turned out, accurate estimate and gave us creative, cost effective ideas to ensure we got the home we wanted within our budget. He was very 'hands on' during the build process. He's very knowledgeable and it's evident he has a lot of experience building complicated homes. Now that the house is done, Will is very responsive to any questions or issues we have, however, it's important to note that we have not had a single serious issue with the house. The house is of the highest quality and we could not be more pleased with how everything turned out.
