Kessler Construction renovated our master bathroom and did an amazing job. The quality was beyond what we expected. The entire Kessler team were great to work with, and very professional. There were several trades involved in the overall renovation and Kessler Construction made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe initially given to us. Kessler Construction was able to work with us on staying within our budget and providing us with suggestions and options. We will definitely be contacting Kessler Construction for future remodel projects.

My wife and I chose Kessler to build our Deltec beach house in Florida. They did a stunning job! We lived far away so couldn't visit the construction site very much, so we wanted to go with a professional, reputable builder. We chose Kessler and couldn't be happier. They have a web portal where they uploaded photos of the construction progress very often and whenever we requested a specific photo of something they were quick to get the photos added. They also uploaded photos of items we've selected during the build process, such as appliances, lighting fixtures, etc, so we knew exactly what we were getting. Due to COVID we ended up visiting the construction process only once, but Kessler was awesome doing facetime walkthroughs with us when we needed to pick things like where switches and things go. The entire process lasted about 9 months which was really good considering that COVID restricted the number of tradesfolk that could be on site at one time which slowed things down but Kessler made it all work, so that was awesome. We moved in a few weeks ago and are loving the new house. Pretty sweet gift basket was waiting for us too, very personalized to the my geekness and the unique touches the house has. Not sure what else to say, other than if we were to ever build another house in their area, we would 100% choose them again.

Kessler Construction remodeled our terribly out of date and damaged Master Bath. We provided excellent communications, employees who were respectful, punctual and professional. The job was performed above our expectations and brought in on time and on budget. We have several projects to be completed and Kessler Construction is our only choice.

After researching, visiting Parade of Homes sites for quality of work, observing the interaction with consumers, and being CAPS certified it was a good fit for us to entrust our renovation project in the hands of Kessler Construction. Mark picked up on our vision and we were quickly on the same page. His suggestions were invaluable and made the pre-construction process a breeze. The Kessler Team treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. We are enjoying the results of a job well done.

They ere up front and honest about how much everything was going to cost. The website documents ALL items and fees, so there are never any hidden costs, or surprises at the end. Their work is also if the highest quality. They don't take shortcuts. Everything is done right. They're the best!

Kessler Construction transformed my junk filled garage into an artist's dream studio! They are such a pleasure to work with. They are great at communicating what is going on and what to expect in the project. The level of craftsmanship is very high and I appreciated their attention to detail. I'm going to hire them to renovate my kitchen now because my first experience was so positive. While they are very passionate about building I also am pleased how involved in their community they are. I think that speaks volumes about their integrity and compassion which is part of who they are!

Kessler Construction did an exterior makeover of our home. We added a four car carport with breezeway attaching it to the main house, a large front porch and a large back porch. A new roof was added to tie the whole project together. The result is stunning and the workmanship was wonderful. It was a painless process and we enjoyed working with everyone on their team.

Excellent job in building a sun roof house. I am very impressed with work ethic and honoring warranty. They were very diligent in fixing a few problems.

Kessler Construction most recently assisted me with a complete interior renovation of a convenience store. They worked with my vendors to ensure that the spacing of appliances as well as the electrical requirements and drains were perfect to make the cabinet installation a success. Electrical outlets had to be added as well as some having to be relocated; floor drains had to be relocated too. Kessler also renovated both bathrooms ( 6 toilets, 3 urinals, 4 sinks and 4 hand dryers). The old tile was removed and new porcelain tile was installed. Paint was the finishing touch. Conditioned bathrooms were provided for customers during construction. This was all accomplished while the store remained open and construction lasted less than a month.

I called Kessler construction to build a set of concrete steps and a small patio to access my utility building. They did a wonderful job and I am extremely pleased. I have since received a bid for further work that I want Kessler Construction to do for me.

Kessler Construction built our beautiful home from the ground up four years ago. We lived over 400 miles away while the home was being built. Often times you hear horror stories about builders. We were never given any reason for concern during the entire home building project. We were truly impressed with the hard work of Mark Kessler, his office staff and all of the subcontractors. Mark is an amazing builder with high standards of workmanship and unimpeachable character. He was dedicated, hardworking, and always available to answer any questions. In the beginning of the project, we were given a time line and everything went like clockwork with our home being completed well in advance of the targeted completion date. We were continually amazed at the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that Mark brought to the building of our home.
