To Whom It May Concern: Kon-Strux is an excellent builder. Project manager was very good addressing issues and quick to resolve them. Easy to work with and excellent communication. They were able to meet the construction timetable and deliver as per date scheduled. Trades working on the project were attentive to detail and followed the design specifications. Work-site was always tidy and had no complaints from any of our neighbours. Follow-up after renovation completed has been excellent. Work quality has exceeded our expectations.
