I hired Kooner projects to manage a full apartment renovation project for one of my investment properties. This apartment was a one bedroom, one bath in the Kitsilano, Vancouver Area. This renovation consisted of a full gut job even going as far as removing 2 walls to provide a open house concept. We also installed a floating Island that could be moved around with ease, opening up the space and turning this apartment into a 100 % usable floor space for the owner to entertain. Gurjit Kooner was very professional to deal with so where his trades people. I also had positive feed back from neighbors and with the Strata President who was also impressed with his professionalism. Kooner Projects got the project done on time and on budget.

I contracted Kooner Projects to do the framing on a west coast contemporary design, with a flat roof. Because of the large windows in the front of back, and the need for an open floor concept, the framing also required a series of moment frames to be involved, which complicated the logistics. Kooner Projects were able to adapt to this requirement and were able to put up the frame with TGI's within two weeks. While the framing passed inspection, the true test of a good frame is to be observed during the drywall phase and after the house has been completed and burned in. The Drywall hanging went in smoothly with no need to adjust for any errant pitches or warps. It's been more than a year since we moved in and the dry wall still looks great with no nail heads pushing through. Dealing with Kooner Projects was a breeze as well. Anytime we needed to make on site adjustments to the architectural responses, they provided sage advice and were able to action them with no issues.

We have currently hired Kooner Porjects after we had to let our previous builders let go. From day one they have been professional, honest and helped us with everything. The best thing is that you get great suggestions and recommendations during the whole process. We have been so happy since we hired them and would highly recommend Kooner homes to anyone looking to build. Best service in town!

My family and I hired Kooner Projects in 2014 for a new home build. Their service was impeccable. The most often cited problem with builders is that they never answer your calls when you need them. We did not have this problem with Kooner Projects. It did not matter what time of the day it was, we could always get in contact with them. If they were on the other-line or in a meeting, when we called, they'd let us know. We could not have been happier with our home. Kooner Projects helped us from day one, from finding a suitable lot for the build, to helping us with interior design after we moved in.
