Your can't go wrong with Koval Construction. I have use Koval Construction on two occasions and both of them turned out great. One was to have my deck replaced and the other was to find three external, above ground leaks that came in my basement when it rained and abate them.. On both occasions Mr. Koval was knowledgeable, professional, and performed quality work with the utmost craftsmanship and diligence. I can't tell you how much I appreciated Mr. Koval's commitment to my home. He came when he said he would, was always on time and worked full days. Mr. Koval left my home neat and clean each time he left. His pricing was fair and the work was quality.
The second job he did for me was finding and abating three leaks coming from outside into my basement above ground. This was a huge deal for me. I had already had one contractor do the job which was a nightmare and never got done properly. Another that did some caulking but the leaks remained, and all new vinyl siding replaced on the front of my house BUT THE LEAKS kept coming! Just when I was giving up and at my "wits end", I remembered Mr. Koval who had replaced my deck a couple years back and done an excellent job. I called Mr. Koval and he came out, made a plan and would not give up until the leaks were gone and I was completely satisfied. It took some follow up and commitment but Mr. Koval did it without any reservation. I felt completely comfortable and knew I had finally found the right company for the job. Not to mention I completely trust Mr. Koval with my home when I could not be there.
Going forward, I will consult with Mr. Koval on all my major home projects and repairs before doing them. If I would have called him first he would have saved me a lot of money, stress and sleepless nights.
