Larry built my screened porch in 2021. The porch design is great & we enjoy it, but getting follow up for problems has been very difficult. The most glaring problem is a noticeable bump in one of the floor planks near the center of the porch that I pointed out when the porch was newly constructed. I have heard lots of excuses from Larry & there have been attempts to repair it, but it is still so obvious that guests ask about it. Now Larry doesn’t even answer my texts. I don’t think he knows how to fix it. If you have any flaws in a project by Larry, do not pay him the final payment until everything is as expected. I even got him 2 other jobs based on my recommendation, expecting he was going to fix my problem. I now regret giving Larry such good recommendations.

Larry and his team were amazing from the get-go. We spent approximately a year contemplating a full renovation of our outdoor deck/living area, and right before COVID hit, we pulled the trigger with LB based on their vision, price point and overall client focused approach. Despite battling all the crazy elements 2020 had to bring, Larry was always on top of things and checked in with us constantly for input and feedback. This was a very large investment for us, and it was clear his main goal was to give us a great experience along with an amazing end result. We were over the moon with the results! Since the project was completed in early July, we've practically lived on our new covered deck/lanai area. The new addition practically looks like it was built at the same time as the house (5 years old), and it flows exactly like we envisioned. Overall, we are TOTALLY satisfied with every aspect of our experience and are already actively recommending LB Construction to anyone and everyone who will listen to us. LB Construction put a screened-in porch on our house. They do high quality work and we could not be happier with the final product. Larry did a great job of listening to us and helping us decide what was right for our situation. He gave us lots of options but also helped us walk through the decision making process. On one aspect of the addition, there was a miscommunication that resulted in higher than expected material costs and Larry did not charge us for the difference. He refused to take any money from us until his teams were available to start the work. Overall, it was a great experience.

Larry and his team did a great job on a project to remodel my deck. They were very professional and completed the project on time. Their high quality work produced a great deck that my family and I are really enjoying. I highly recommend LB Construction.

I chose to work with Larry for a couple reasons. First, I was more comfortable knowing I had the expertise of a home builder rather than just a deck builder since we were moving windows and installing a rather large sliding french door. And second I liked how genuine and relatable he was as an individual. He was easy to talk to, understood my wants and I felt he provided more value than anyone else I spoke to when estimating the job. His bid was different than others in that when LB Construction is done with your deck, it's completely ready to enjoy. No staining or painting left to the homeowner. As for the finished product, it's AWESOME! We absolutely love our new outdoor living space. The quality and workmanship is second to none. I would highly recommend LB to anyone. They are a wonderful family-run company.

Larry and his crew were very professional, efficient and very easy to work with. In particular he had a crew foreman who kept everyone on task and made sure everything was done right. They did what was promised in a timely manner, cleaned up everyday and did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new deck.
