About Us

Tom earned a Degree in Accounting from Florida State University in 1983 and a Law Degree from the University of Florida in 1994. He received his CPA certificate in 1984 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. Tom has been a licensed Florida Certified Building Contractor since 1986. Tom is active in a variety of interests all related to real estate development, building and management as well as trade groups and industry associations. Tom has an ownership interest in Vacation Home Manager, LLC and Diamond Title Agency, Inc.

Awards

BBIA (Formerly HBA of Panama City-Bay County) Builder of the Year 1989, 1990, 2001, 2009. Aurora Award for Green Energy Efficient Construction 2009.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I used this company for major home repairs after Michael. The project took twice as long as they estimated and I had to sub-contract parts of the project myself due to unethical behavior by the contractor. Avoid this business and find an honest company.

We are disappointed that this customer has chosen to write a bad review. The damage caused by Hurricane Michael was severe in our area and the demand on our subcontractors was overwhelming. Naturally under the circumstances the timing was much slower than normal. We even went above and beyond and repaired his damaged plumbing pipes for a cost in excess of $1,000 and did not charge him for it. Some people don’t appreciate what others do for them but we try our best to please all our customers. Even more importantly, we endeavor to do work we can be proud of. This job came in under budget and we are proud of the final result. I hope in time the customer will appreciate our efforts.

Commented: Beautiful home! What is the paint color for the shingles?The roof on this house is metal. The style is a 36" rib panel and the color is polar white.
