Process was good throughout the length of construction. When issues came up (which will always happen - no matter how prepared) they were dealt with in a timely matter. Communication was top notch! Everything was finished how we wished/hoped it would be. We love our new garage!

The builder Lee Lyn Construction showed nothing but professional & personnel consideration of my ideas and thoughts and was more than willing to work with me on all aspects of the build. I never once felt unheard or pressured into anything. I also liked the fact that I knew where I stood on the build/design and didn't get hit with all sorts of change orders at the end of the project. The project was completed on time and within the budget outlined at the being of the project.

When we were first looking at building our new home, there was one name that was recommended to us and that was Lee Lyn Construction. We were pleased right from the start. Everything moved along so smoothly and quickly. There never seemed to be a day where work wasn't being completed. Every subcontractor they used were local businesses, which we loved supporting. The lighting and tile/flooring companies were so helpful in helping us choose what we wanted while staying in budget. Lee Lyn did a wonderful job of keeping in budget and on time. The results were of the highest quality. When we decided to complete our basement project, Lee Lyn was the first company we called. They did an amazing job of keeping the look and quality seamless with the rest of our house. They are easy to work with and did their best to complete everything to our liking and had great recommendations for the areas were weren't certain about. Any future projects we have, they will be the first we call and always spread the word about them when we get the chance.

It’s been a while since I’ve left a review for a contractor, but it could not go on noticed on this particular one. I’ve had the great pleasure of getting to know Curt and his team while remodeling my new restaurant in Watertown Minnesota. It’s not only his years of experience it’s how well this man runs his business and treats people. He came in to a situation not knowing who I was but believed in our dream and a community business and it is literally making our dream come true in front of our eyes. Curt started as a contractor we hired and as quickly become A friend who I greatly admire as an individual and as a business professional. Look nowhere else when you want experience and trustworthiness because you have found what you’re looking for.

Curt built a home 30 years ago. He and his crew did an awesome job then. I've seen all of his models since then. He just gets better!

Lee Lyn construction re-sided my home and shingled my roof. The work was completed as scheduled. The price for the work was very competitive, especially considering the quality of workmanship. My city building inspector said it is the nicest siding install he has ever seen. My neighbors when they are out walking will often comment how they think my home is one o the nicest looking homes in our area.

Outstanding quality of work. Actually done under deadline and worked within our budget. A company with integrity. Very creative and gave great advise
