Building our home through Lessard Builders was such a wonderful experience. They built an excellent quality home with many upgrades and personalizations for us at a reasonable price. They made many little changes and did not charge us extra. I know that was a very valuable service they provided as some builders may charge $500 for each little change. Our home is a large custom one of a kind home that meets all our desires and needs. This home is next to our previous home and each of the crews working were friendly and helpful answering questions on our daily visits. The attitude of the workers was wonderful. Most all of them were from Delaware. We strongly reccomend Lessard Builders and would use them again in our next building project.
