Level 1 Homes Inc. is a company with a team of the best people in the building business. The builder and founder, Clint Dufresne, has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the new home building and remodeling business. He has owned new home building businesses in both Minnesota and Colorado. He has also worked as a successful real estate broker earning RE/MAX’s Hall of Fame award. This combination of experience gives him a unique perspective when working with clients to benefit both their lifestyle and budget. Our homes are completely custom designed to your needs and desires. Clint was excellent to work with. The house was completed in the promised time, and he ensured that I got what I wanted in my house - meeting all of my unique and specific requests. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any project!

We toured Level 1 Homes 2017 Parade of Homes model with the intent of possibly contacting the builder in the future when/if we finally decided to have another home constructed. The quality of this home was astounding...you could just tell by the many upgrades of materials that were used both inside and out. Definitely an eye to detail and appeal to a layout that was so very unique. We especially loved the kitchen, family room, the outside living area, the exercise room with an indoor exercise pool and the enormous garage area and workroom.

Commented: what color is on the main part of roomHi Aimee, we believe it was a custom color, the Sherwin Williams in Colorado Springs should have it labeled as Sawyers Fence. Hopefully that helps!
