It can be difficult to find contractors who not only do excellent work, but also meet timelines and answer questions with kindness and patience. This team does all of that, and I highly recommend them. We're really enjoying the fruits of their labour and they made the process as pain-free as possible!!! Bonus and in our case a necessity: They don't mind renovating condo units! We learned of them from a friend in our building and they are quickly becoming the go-to team for this building as their work consistently impresses whoever hires them.

I recommend Level Custom Build for renovations. My experience with Josh, Al and the team was extremely positive. The work was done within timelines and budget and they were flexible with doing some changes I requested during the project. They took care of everything from start to finish. They were in touch during the project, I had access to the work done and pictures taken at the end of everyday so I could easily track the progress. Within 3 weeks I had a lovely, spa like, new bathroom to meet my current and future needs. I would use them again for any further renovations I need.

I have nothing but good things to say about Level Custom Build!!! We are so lucky we found them. The guys were recommended to us by our friends, who also used them for their basement reno. We hired Level Custom Build to remodel our unfinished 1000 sq ft walk-our basement at our Muskoka cottage and add a full bathroom, a guest bedroom, a laundry room, a living room and a wet bar. Al and Josh are very resourceful and provided a lot of helpful suggestions throughout the design phase and sourced the best materials at incredible prices. I was literally bombarding them with photos from Houzz of the ideas I had, and they were able to source the exact finishes I wanted, no matter how far they had to drive to get it. I also like to the fact that Al was very thorough in explaining everything to me, like pros and cons of all the options: i.e. selecting hollow vs solid core doors, upgrading electrical panel, bathroom configurations, durability of tiles, suggestions about neat features for our wet bar such as adding a water line for the ice maker etc. I really like the app that they use to keep us updated and share daily progress photos. We had very thorough communication from start to finish, they were always available to answer questions. I am beyond happy with how the basement turned out: it looks very high end and I know it will last for decades because Level Custom Build team used high quality finishes and materials. I wanted the place to have a rustic look and Al and Josh and the team went above and beyond to add beautiful custom pine wood paneling and accents throughout. It added lots of warmth and was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Level Custom Build, you will be very happy with these guys!!!

I put off renovations to my home because I really didn't know who to contact. A friend recommended Josh and Custom Level Build when the renovation he was working on with Josh was done to the highest standards and satisfaction. I contacted Josh and he got back to me right away and arranged to meet with me. From the beginning it was apparent that Josh "knew his stuff". I went over my wish list and Josh was the ultimate professional in giving me detailed information and recommendations, taking into account my preferences and tastes. Josh and his team arrived when they said that they would, were polite, professional and thorough. Josh pointed me in the right direction in decisions regarding colour, lighting and so much more. Josh created a feature wall in the primary bedroom which I love. But, Josh and his teams shining achievement is my bathroom..from a tired, dated, small bathroom to a bright, spa like modern bathroom. The transformation is remarkable. Josh returned calls right away and was beyond patient with my many questions. He was open and accommodating and I valued his recommendations. My renovation went beyond my expectations and I look forward to moving on to future phases in my renovation process with Josh and his team.

Rated 4 because 4.8 isn't an available option. Not rated 5 because project finished a bit late and dust control and cleanup could have been better. Workmanship was top-notch. They honour their warranty. A couple of minor fix-ups were done promptly and completely. Alvaro managed our laundry / bathroom project. He was always ready to listen to our needs, accommodate changes that made sense, and recommend sources for high quality finishes. We will ask them to bid on our future products.

We had been looking for a team to perform some renovations for a while, and we decided to use Level Custom Build after seeing the work they did on a friend's place. Josh and Al are great. They provide a comprehensive quote and provide updates throughout the process. All of the work is done to an incredibly high standard, and their project planning is meticulous as well. The build quality on everything they do shows their skill and professionalism. We are extremely happy that we chose Level Custom Build to do the work for us. Our place is exactly what we had hoped it would be.

The team at Level Custom Build are excellent!! They provide you with an honest quote for the work with a break down of how it will take place, give you accurate timeline to completion, and keep you informed every step of the way with the progress. If there are any delays they communicate this to you. The listen to your requests and work with you to see your dream become a reality. I had my kitchen completely renovated - down to the bare walls and built up again. All through the work, the team at Level Custom Build were polite and respectful of my property. Kept me up to date and made my dream kitchen come to life. They are great and I highly recommend them.

Josh and his team are truly amazing!! They go over and above what was expected, his attention to every detail is unbelievable.
