LHC Custom Modular

LHC built a house for my father and did a very poor job. Drywall and floor tiles cracked and that was only the beginning. We started renovating the upstairs only to find they never vented the sewer pipe through the roof. Instead, they vented into the attic. This caused a severe black mold problem!!!!! When I called LHC to have them fix the problem the individual on the line was unwilling to help and simply said “sorry about your bad luck”. He said he would fix the problem but would charge me!!!! Why would you charge someone for something you screwed up? I would highly recommend you do not do business with LHC. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else.

Small Company who does a good job in our Area. Does nice structural work. Have reviewed several of his builds and appreciate thought that goes into them.
