Based on this specific experience we went through with LMS Homes, we had issues during the home building process and post closing that fell short of commitments and expectations that were made.

We'd been wanting to remodel our bathrooms for years. We finally got the name of a recommended contractor, but could never get a return call. We asked around our neighborhood, and someone recommended LMS Homes. We met with Matt Benjamin (president) and immediately knew we wanted to work with him. We're absolutely thrilled with the results. We look for 3 things when hiring someone to work on a house project. These are 1) frequent communication, 2) high quality work, and 3) punctual follow-through. Matt excelled at all 3. Guests have commented that they feel like they're staying at a luxury spa. We'd work with Matt again in a minute for another home improvement project. Not only was the entire experience pleasant, we also consider him to be a friend and someone we'd want to hang out with & have a beer.
