I hired LTB to redo a bathroom and was extremely pleased with the work. Scott was responsive and informative from the moment I made my first inquiry to when the job was completed. The pricing I received to demo and reconfigure our bathroom was reasonable and the timing of its completion was spot on. I appreciated that I was consulted on every decision going into the bathroom as well. I also liked that the crew was always on time and Scott would be on site almost daily reviewing the work that was done. Overall, LTB was easy to work with and did a wonderful job. I would hire LTB for future projects!

LTB remodeled one of our bathrooms. They did a great job - Scott showed up when he said he would and the bathroom is so much nicer! They had to move a door and completely revamp the linen closet. They installed shiplap on the walls, new tile, and a new floor. The work was done quickly, on time and the guys working for him are really nice as well. The paint job was perfect. Overall, I was really impressed. I would 100% recommend him and would use him again on another project.

Scott and his team came to our house within an hour of our call to find the source of a leak in our upstairs, and stop it before the ceiling below collapsed. Our regular plumber said he couldn't get there that day despite knowing the emergency we faced. Scott identified the leak, fixed it, and then had his team return another day to repair the damage. If he hadn't come over so quickly, we'd have faced a lot of water damage. It looks like new and we couldn't be happier.

LTB was the general contractor for two projects in Westport designed by my firm: one a second floor addition and the other renovations of two bathrooms in a 1920s house. Scott Church was very responsive and he and his crew did beautiful work. I would not hesitate to recommend LTB for future projects.

LTB has done a few projects including tract lighting throught out downstairs and a new full bathroom make over. Their work is will great quality and they are very responsive. They listen to the client, offer ideas and alert the client to issues. They resolve issues and their estimates are on. We highly recommend LTB.

I hired LTB for two separate projects, a renovation and a tear down/rebuild in Darien. Scott and crew were very professional and completed both jobs to our satisfaction. When we had to make changes or adjust course, Scott was flexible and transparent on costs and schedule. Despite running multiple jobs, Scott was organized, frequently at the job site, and checked on the crew regularly to make sure work was moving along as planned. He coordinated well with the architect and subs and was prepared for town inspections. Great contractor with a great crew. I would definitely work with LTB again!

Scott Church and LTB Properties have been our go-to re-modelers since 2008, and we intend to contact them for future projects. We have been happy with the work, and Scott's estimates have always been reasonable and accurate. We are thrilled with our new bathrooms that LTB remodeled last year, and are very happy with the remodel of our dilapidated 70's style storage into a spiffy playroom for our son. Scott's team finds creative, cost-effective solutions to problems and clearly explains our options throughout the project. Scott has always gone the extra mile for us, such as staying late on a Friday night to help us fix a plumbing emergency unrelated to the project for which we hired him. I think we must have used LTB about a dozen times now, for jobs including room remodels, skylight repair, door replacement, and window sealing. We plan to continue enlisting the services of LTB Properties for our future home improvement projects.

Prompt, skilled, respectful, flexible, and efficient. They put tarps down everywhere and took off their shoes each time they entered the house. Work was expertly completed; they even did a few extra small side jobs. The owner of the company, Scott Church, was on site most of the time, except when he was procuring supplies. This was the third time I have hired them,, and plan on using them again, as their customer service and work are both top shelf!
