Luxuria, LLC Homes of Elegance, are custom designed and custom built by Andrew Klose. Andrew draws inspiration for his beautiful homes from various old world European styles. The impressive foyers are enhanced by unique stairways that lead to luxurious second floors. Master suites have spacious walk-in closets, sitting rooms and richly appointed baths. To help create the feeling of grandness the home’s ceilings have many angles and are at least 10 feet high and up to 20 feet high. The exteriors are stucco and the floors are tumbled marble or fine hardwoods. The gourmet chef kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinets and granite countertops.
