M.R. Builder, LLC

Capital Development LLC was started in 2001 by Ric Marboeuf. He then created an extension of the company, M.R. Builder, in 2007. Currently the company runs under the name M.R. Builder LLC. Ric Marboeuf is a General Contractor who specializes in designing Speculative and Custom Homes. M.R. Builder Facts M.R. Builder is the only San Juan Pool dealer in between Kansas City and Denver. M.R. Builder is the owner/builder/operator of the Beeson Court Apartments. M.R. Builder is an official Dealer of GE Appliances. Capital Development and it's offices were started in Ric's garage. M.R. Builder supports various causes in Dodge City including the Arts. Several M.R. Builder employees are active in the community and other civic minded organizations.
