My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We purchased a lot and contracted to build a custom home with M4 in July 2015. The home was completed in January 2016, right on schedule. As in any building process there are issues that arise; when these occurred there was always a prompt mutual resolution. The people that worked on the project were very professional, knowledgeable and did not compromise on any detail. Thank you Joe, Jonathan and Stacy.
