MacLeish Building

Growing up with a grandfather who built large barns in northern Michigan and a father who built custom homes, Dan MacLeish learned the painstaking details of quality construction from an early age. The heritage passed down to him by his grandfather, James Archibald MacLeish and his father, Archie, was a history of building excellence. Today, our family philosophy prevails in our fourth generation of builders. This is evident in the attention to detail we give to designing and building luxury homes, and as importantly, in the high level of customer service offered by the MacLeish Building family – and our entire staff. A prime example: often when a question arises, any member of the staff simply asks, "How would I do this if it were my own home?" We look forward to the opportunity to build a home for you.
