As we planned the transition to downsize from our twenty five year old large family home, we visited numerous model homes of local builders and eventually concluded that Malta Development would be our best choice to build our future dream home. We determined that their standard construction and design selections were other builder’s costly upgrades. In addition we knew from the first time we met with Beth Smith, the sales representative for Malta Development, we could expect a comfortable experience that would meet or exceed our expectations. Everyone has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of planning and building our new home. Never were we pressured to accept a product or concept we didn’t like and Malta Development was willing to consider our ideas and to provide us with the home we had envisioned. We are impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that the contractors provided as well as the neat and orderly construction process. The design and floor plan we chose is perfect for us and we have already received many compliments on our home. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with our new home and the journey to get there. Malta Development has built two homes for us over the past 15 years. They were pretty easy to deal with and offered a great selection of homes. I think they offered the most for your money at the time we were looking to build.
