Marshall Home Construction

Darrell Marshall has over 30 years of experience in building homes in Staunton and Augusta County. He started while he was still in high school working for his father, Ivan. He started at the very bottom as a laborer and quickly learned all aspects of new home construction. After working as a sole proprietor for many years, Ivan and Darrell formed Marshall Construction, a Virginia partnership, in the 1980's. In 1994, Ivan retired and Darrell's wife, Traci, came on as a partner. In 1997, the office was opened at 2021 West Beverley Street, and the business grew with Traci acting as office manager. In 2003, the business was registered as a Virginia limited liability company named Marshall Home Construction. Marshall Home Construction has built many spec and custom homes over the years. Darrell is skilled at site selection and preparation and also at altering floor plans to meet the homeowners' particular needs. Loyal to this area, Darrell enjoys building homes for families to enjoy the many advantages of living in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
