This is a testimonial that might be different from most- in the sense that it is written almost 4 years after starting the process to build our dream home with MC Custom Homes. I am an artist, so I suppose I do things on a little different time schedule. Luckily my husband is a Type A kind of guy. The reason these two things are important is because it had a lot to do with how we built our house, and who we built it with. I had very specific ideas in mind- something with a lot of open areas to entertain, but with enough wall space to display artwork. A wide, welcoming kitchen which would open to the dining room, but be partially hidden because I am a messy cook and I don’t want to see my mess while entertaining. An art studio in the basement (with it’s own separate electrical panel for a kiln and venting to the outside) and a photography studio with a separate entrance above the garage to meet clients. A main floor bedroom with a 3/4 bath, so when we are old and can no longer get to our bedroom on the second floor we can still comfortably live in our home. These things may not seem necessarily important, but for us we had a very long term plan of living in this home in mind- something that was flexible and with every room thoughtfully taken into consideration. As an artist, I wanted something that was truly custom; to be able to know that the creation of my dream home was unique. For my husband, who is very experienced with remodeling and all things home construction, he wanted a builder whose attention to detail and craftsmanship was exceptional. They were so patient and kind; they listened to our ideas and brought their years of expertise to show us how we could achieve a home that fit our lifestyle. Every little thing was taken care of- some big hurdles were dealt with and there was never a time where we didn’t feel like they had our best interests in mind. There isn’t a day that goes by that my family isn’t grateful for our home. We get so many compliments on the beauty and the design. It is the perfect entertaining space and there isn’t a single room that isn’t used every day. Michelle and Chase not only gave us the perfect house, they gave us the amazing experience of creating it that we desired. So almost 4 years later, we are even more in love with the house than the day it became ours. We’ve worked with Chase & Michelle since 2013. MC Custom is one of our favorite builders to work with because Chase is extremely organized. MC Custom Homes finished the basement of their model for our family. They worked with us to plan the layout and guide design choices. Communication during the process and coordination during the fall parade and moving day was excellent. The construction work done was high quality and completed within a short period of time. We purchased a 2015 Parade home from MC Custom Homes. When we were looking to purchase a home we had looked at many. We knew we wanted a high quality built home. When we walked through the front door for the first time, I knew this was the house for us. The house is everything we were looking for. MC builds a high quality home with attention to detail. Chase and Michelle really care about each home they build as well as the buyers of each home. While we did not have this custom built, it was exactly what I would of had them build. Chase and Michelle are like family to us. We have now been in our home for 7 months. If we need anything I know Chase and Michelle would be there in a heartbeat. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Chase and Michelle at Mc Custom Homes. They provided us with everything that we needed thoughtout the entire building process. They were the best I have ever expeirence at customer service and answering any questions that we had within minutes if not hours. It was the best experience i could have asked for. Michelle does a wonderful job exicuteing all the little detail that are involved with building a house and Chase is constantly in connection with you in the detail on site of where you house is being built. We have been working with MC Custom Homes for the past year to build our family's "forever home." Not only is MC Custom Home's work high quality and beautiful, but Chase and Michelle have been wonderful to work with. We install the plumbing systems complete in all of MC's homes. We have been working with Chase & Michelle around 5 years now. Our relationship with Chase & Michelle is honest & transparent. Many past experiences with other building contractors have not been the same in 23 years of plumbing. There has never been a disagreement with MC that wasn't easily worked out with a simple conversation. I feel that within their price point, MC Custom Homes are of the best value. All of their sub-contractors working on site have a firm grasp & professionalism on how to do their own job as well as what is expected of them from Chase & Michelle. MC Custom Homes built our new house. They worked well with us through the design, planning and implementation. They were extremely flexible with us as our build was not typical in planing, team make up, location or financing. They did a top-notch job all the way around. That is not to say there were not issues but when a problem did occur they worked with us and sub-contractors to get them resolved quickly. We have been in our house for 4 months and are loving it. There are still a few tiny outstanding issues that need to be addressed but with the communication between us and the builder I'm sure they will be addressed in short order once the weather warms up.

We needed renovation of our lower level after water damaged about 1,000 square feet. They handled all the details, met deadlines and budgets, plus the quality of the work was impeccable. The decorating suggestions were very up to date creating a very current look to a 15 year old house. We were more than satisfied and would highly recommend MC Custom Homes .
