McBean's Project Management

I am here again to continue my review of McBean's Project Management. I started with Mr. McBean in September of 2023 just to get the plans for my home done...they were approved and we started building in May 2024. Fast forward to February 2025, the entire 3 bedroom 3 bathroom is up, windows and doors are in, grill work, full plumbing and 70% of the electrical has been completed. Mr. McBean has throughout the entire construction been available, active, professional and he answers every question in a timely manner. He not only talks the talk but walks the walk. I'm very meticulous about what I want and he has never expressed annoyance at any request. He's polite and practical and his integrity speaks volumes about his character. The company on a whole knows the ins and outs of the industry and they have a wide network of other professionals that they work with to ensure all your construction needs are met. I'm on the finishing stage right now and the advise and professional direction has been on par with industry standards....how do I know this...I check and do my due diligence and Mr McBean has proven to be honest, competent and diligent. Thank you Sir for an excellent job thus far and thanks to your team....especially Master Mason Mr. Cowan!

My experience was not great. McBean insisted on 50% deposit before starting any part of the work, there were too many delays just to get an engineer on the site and they even botched clearing the land of bushes - incomplete even though I paid in full. When I parted ways with them and asked for a refund it took waaay too long and required an angry whatsapp text to get some accountability.

If your in Jamaica or oversees and need a company and people you can trust With building your home or for whatever services; McBean Project Management is just for you. This company and management is very professional, customer oriented and I will most definitely recommend as this is a Five star company in my views.

We contracted with McBean to assist in installing septic system, rough plumbing, electrical, slab and decking on a house that was to belcorse. He kept the project on budget and managed to get these projects completed ahead of schedule even though a month was chopped off the begin date. He was always available to answer questions...even the dumb ones. He is respectful and calm. We intend to use his services in the future.

Professional to the core. McBean’s currently renovating my house and from design to construction, I am very impressed. I most certainly have no hesitation in recommending his service.
