McDillon

Working with Jonathan and his staff for the last few years has been a delight. We worked on multiple homes he has built in both Fairfield, and Weston, Connecticut. Their attention to detail is incredible and they always pick the best products and finishes for the homes they build.

I purchased a newly constructed 4 bedroom home built by McDillon. While we bought the home when completed and were not involved when design and aesthetic decisions were made the vision and attention to detail of the house was very impressive and surprisingly all in line with things we might have chosen ourselves and now love in the house. Since our purchase, McDillon has been extremely responsible to work with, best exemplified by the attention and responsiveness to address very minor and not unusual fixes for new construction (e.g. light switch not working) very promptly whenever we asked given a 1 year warranty was in place. Our house continues to live up to expectation upon our purchase in every way.

Our experience with McDillon, particularly Jonathan Rogers and his crew was excellent! Never having built a home before we were unfamiliar with all of the many details involved. Jon and his team guided us along the way and were very helpful and professional throughout the process. They did a great job of keeping the project on pace, prompting us for decisions to keep things moving, and were also open to discussing and executing changes when necessary. In our experience, Jon and his team exhibited professional expertise, honesty and integrity and were a pleasure to work with. The result is a beautiful, high quality product, which we are happy and proud to call our home.
