We were interested in building a structure to provide shade on our patio. We are very glad we found Michael Anthony Contracting. Michael was very easy to work with from start to finish. He helped us convert our ideas into a structure that is very functional as well as a beautiful addition to our home. There were COVID related delays in acquiring some materials but this certainly was not Michael’s fault. He communicated with us throughout the project. We will definitely be using Michael Anthony Contracting on our next project.

They did an absolutely stunning job on my bathroom. I didn't break the bank and they found and corrected all the "shortcuts" the previous builder took. Next project I do, they are #1 on my list

We worked with Michael Anthony Contracting to renovate our 1940's custom home. It was a large, complicated project, and Mike and his team delivered. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He knew how to keep everything moving as we encountered obstacles (not surprising with an aging house!) along the way. I hired Michael Anthony Contracting to put an addition on our home in 2010. It was a fairly large project adding a basement and 2 floors. I wanted it to blend in to our existing home design, without looking like it was "stuck-on". Our job was finished on time, and both Mike and his workers were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves nicely on a daily basis. The job came in at the cost promised, and the payment schedule was made to be flexible and not burdensome. The workmanship was excellent, and Mike was very easy to work with. He helped us choose details that we were unsure of, and all of his choices have worked out beautifully. No one who drives by our house suspects that there was ever an addition put on.....the added portion of the home remains visually seamless. The construction work has been of the highest quality, He promised me "tight construction" and that is what I got. Mike has remained available to us to this day, years later, for questions or minor issues (we never had any major issues) that have arisen over the years. I give Michael Anthony Construction the highest recommendation possible, and have recommended them to friends and colleagues who were looking for a contractor. (Please note that this review is being made 9 years after the construction, so I have had plenty of time to find any defects or issues that may have arisen in a delayed fashion in the workmanship or construction, and I am happy to report that I have had absolutely no issues whatsoever.)

We were fortunate to get in contact with Michael Anthony Contracting soon after Hurricane Sandy flooded our home on the Jersey Shore. They surveyed the damage, prepared a written estimate, and met with us to discuss a time frame. After reviewing their renovation plan, we gave them the go ahead to repair both the inside bath and bedrooms and outside decks and stairs. The outcome was fantastic. Our bedrooms were completely remodeled and upgraded, new wooden floors were beautifully installed , the bathroom was completely renovated, electric wiring and outlets replaced and the stair and decks were repaired and leveled. I can’t begin to tell you how satisfied we are with the quality and excellent workmanship of Michael Anthony Contracting. The job was completed ahead of schedule and we were absolutely satisfied with the outcome. I would strongly recommend the company because I witnessed the care, quality and superior workmanship exhibited during the renovation work. Michael Anthony was alway available to answer our questions and address our concerns.

I used Michael Anthony’s services for a complete remodel of my 19th century home. His attention to detail was amazing! He also was very open to the many changes to the plans along the way. When working on a home as old as mine there were many surprises that arose in order to bring the home up to code. From electrical to plumbing and more stumbling blocks that I care to remember!! He worked diligently and made recommendations to keep the project within budget and on time. His knowledge of construction and aesthetics is second to none!! I highly recommend his services.

Michael Anthony prepared my house prior to listing it on the market. There were a number of repairs repairs they completed very professionally such as redoing walls, flooring, roofing, and replacing some badly worn wooden supports.
