We have had nothing but issues with this home. Where do we even start. Leaking issues, poorly installed flooring, plumbing issues, poorly installed windows and doors, improper grading. Truly appalling the lack of pride they take in the quality of home. No new build I’ve ever been in has had this many issues. Do not purchase from them unless you are looking to buy a money pit because they do not take accountability for anything and tarion is no help.
