My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Terrible experience with Mint homes and would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Have been in our new home 40+ days and still have major unrepaired items. House was not even cleaned before our walkthrough and cannot even get them to fix major issues let alone small ones on the house. Absolutely and unequivocally do not care about customer service and will lie to you over and over about making repairs. Feel free to contact me directly if you need more details but heed my warning about considering doing any business with Mint Homes!
