This company was a pleasure to deal with. Their homes stand out with stylish exteriors and quality workmanship throughout interiors. Building site always clean and organized. The owner Kenneth is a perfectionist and present on site daily. His organizational and budgeting skills kept costs on target and the completion date as promised. Years of building experience really helped to take the stress out of the building process.

Kitchen and bathroom renovation that resulted in a year of numerous contractors to fix all the issues, including gas and electrical remediation to meet code, plumbing, flooring, woodwork, cabinetry and painting. The time and costs to address all the issues has been significant.

I completed a renovation of my townhouse with Modified Homes in February '13.. It started out as a kitchen, bathroom renovation and Kenneth was able to show me other opportunities and we were able to adjust the statement of work to include other upgrades always with our mutual agreement. I always receive wonderful feedback on my home when people visit and I am very pleased with the overall result. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Undertook a major renovation of the kitchen and general refresh of our home. We were very please with how the whole project turned out. The quality of the work was excellent. We are enjoying the new kitchen and we have received many compliments on it. We love the easy and comfortable access to the large porch, the spacious foyer and the well-structured and balanced living-dining area, the lovely gourmet kitchen, the bright Pella windows with a French door to the backyard’s deck, the beautiful and roomy 5-piece washroom to the master bedroom, and all details such as pot fillers, built-in speakers, heated floors in the 2-floor bedrooms, 9-feet ceilings throughout the house, the cozy gas fireplace in the basement, to name a few. And everything executed carefully, in aesthetic combination of quality materials, stone, hardwood, and ceramics. It is not just a house to us. It is a home.

Elevator shaft - Project included construction of a four floor elevator shaft, relocation and reconstruction of a two piece powder room, relocation and reconstruction of a laundry room, construction of an elevator equipment room and reconfiguration of a bedroom. Included extensive concrete foundation work and cutting and bracing of floor joists.
