I 100% would not recommend this company for any type of work. I purchased a home from them in 2022 and have had nothing but issues. Each and every contractor that either replaces and/or rectifies a problem says the same thing, whoever remodeled your home took every shortcut possible and hide issues for not to be seen until they are uncovered. Do not use this company or purchase a home from them.

Christian and team did a stick build addition to my home. We had some unexpected complications to my project however his team dealt with the issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All contractors utilized were pleasant, professional and very eager to please. His project management staff were all customer centric and a pleasure to deal with. They were *very* mindful on budget management and came in well under which was greatly appreciated. Christian is a true gentleman to deal with, eager to please and stands behind his product.

I absolutely would not recommend this company. He has taken advantage of a 82 year old lady promising she would be in her house 30 days after the house was delivered. Christian then changed it to 45 days. He actually had the audacity to have her house on his web site. His crew left garbage in the neighbors yard with no regard for their property. 3-5 days go by and no one shows up to do anything. When it came to ordering appliances he gave the required measurements. Thinking that the house would be done in the 45 days promised the appliances were ordered and installed. Garbage & construction material were stored throughout the house. Finally when we were able to walk through the kitchen we realized that when we opened the refrigerator door we were not able to open the fruit and vegetable drawer. Christian's answer was to return the refrigerator. The return period had lapsed being she was already several months past her move in date. His next answer was swap it with the refrigerator that was installed for her renters. Can you imagine a builder suggesting that you put in a completely different color than the rest of your appliances? In mid August I text him to get her house off his site because it was past 100 days and was false advertising. Her house was nowhere near completion. On September 5th I gave him notice that if the house wasn't completed inside and out in 2 weeks I was going to report & review him. We are at day 162 and my mothers house is not completed . Actually on September 15th PSE&G put a red sticker on her door for a violation I for a leak in her piping. That problem is still not addressed. He has been unreliable and deceitful since April. The list goes on and on. We will be more than happy to show pictures or bring you to the house.
