We couldn’t have asked for a better builder. The company used quality materials and were open to suggestions/requests when it came to finishes and truly made it a custom experience for us. Tom was wonderful! He was available to answer any questions, gave his advice and shared his expertise. We could not have been happier with the whole process. Tom Morrison is an outstanding person and custom home builder! He is wonderful to work with, is always available, listens attentively to all of our ideas and desires and always goes out of his way to accommodate! Tom agreed to a partial remodel of our main bathroom. He and his crew demo'd the tub surround and lower walls. They installed tiles in the shower/tub. Then they installed bead board wainscoting. While they were working they recommended a new toilet. We purchased a Toto, wonderful. So we replaced the toilet in the utility room also. They were very considerate of our schedules and felt badly when the project took longer than originally expected... Really happy with the work. They were fantastic about cleaning up each day and at the end of the project.

Tom Morrison built our current home and we were pleased with the experience from beginning through completion. He was professional throughout the project, showing us available lots in our desired location as well as one of his model homes that suited our needs. He provided a full cost breakdown on the plan and on options for changes/modifications, selection of materials, and other aspects to achieve our desired home. I have referred numerous friends to Tom Morrison for home improvement and remodeling work. I initially engaged him and his crew in a room addition on our condo in South Bend. Tom Morrison is a top notch builder! We were looking to build a second home in South Bend. I will say trying to build a house by long distance (We live in Dallas) was a bit scary to us upfront. Tom put as at ease from the start. It turned out to be a very easy project all because of Tom. He was great to communicate everything that was going on with the project and would send pictures to us via email everyday documenting the progress. All of his subcontractors were professional and timely doing great work. Tom is very good about tying up loose ends. If there is anything at all that you want changed or have questions about, he will address the matter and get it worked out. We could not believe how smooth this project went. We absolutely love the house and feel confident if there were any issues in the future, Tom would be there to work out it out. We highly recommend Tom Morrison Builders!!!
