Mortar and Beam's mission is to effectively advocate for our client’s time, money, & creative vision. We have over 40 years experience in general contracting from commercial projects to luxury homes. We have licenses in Utah and California. Our owner's rep services include monitoring and auditing construction costs, setting the precedence on construction procedures, as well as taking the lion's share of communication between all parties. We will gather all of the information, so you can call the shots. We will assist with cost analysis, special construction needs, and/or quality control.
