About Us

The mission of MP Consulting Services is to bring transparency to the building experience, in the same manner as a commercial construction “GMP” (Guaranteed Maximum Price) contract arrangement, where our clients see for themselves the cost of the work for each trade, insurance and project management expenses, and the profit by our company, in an “open book” manner. Our estimates have each trade scope of work, and cost, broken down so it is clear to our clients what work is included, and what that work will cost them, with no hidden fees or expenses, and no unexplainable “change orders” down the road. We strive to be a trustable organization. We always act in our client’s best interest, period.
