Nelson Homes

We have been working with Dennis Ruby of Nelson Homes who is in charge of our new home build (seven figure home) in Lakewood Ranch, FL. We are relocating from Boston and broke ground in February. Our expected move in date is the day before Thanksgiving 2014. Dennis has showed remarkable attention to detail, and has corrected anything that has arisen if it hasn't been satisfactory to my husband and myself. Dennis has been a true ambassador to Nelson Homes, who stands out as honest, and hard working. He is always willing to meet on-site to answer any questions that arise and coordinates with subs within 24 hours as necessary. Our Nelson home, an Arthur Rutenburg, is our first home build together, but my husband's sixth home he has built over the last twenty years, and this is by far is his best experience to date. Dennis Ruby stands out as the best of the best in our experience. Bottom line: Dennis strives to make his customers happy. Nelson Homes has been an A-1 builder and we're fortunate to have chosen this team.
