The construction process can be very stressful for some and very simple for others, whether it be your first home or your tenth. We specialize in not only managing the construction aspect but guiding our clients through these rough waters. It is our goal for your new home to be remembered as an enjoyable process. When building a new home, communication is key, so we are very active with pre-emptive planning, follow up and routine site meetings. As this is our business, we do not expect it to hinder yours, we routinely have evening/weekend meetings as it is necessary to accommodate our clientel. At the end of the day, Niccol will do what is necessary to make the build as convenient as possible for you, as the client. We sincerely care about our customers and try to go “above and beyond” to provide the best product and overall experience possible. As we talk about building custom homes, from starter homes to estates, there are very few projects that Niccol Development Co., Inc. does not/has not done. We take on a multitude of room additions, basement finishes, simple bathroom remodels so on and so forth. We can accommodate almost any type of construction based need.
