Stay far away from this builder! Shoddy work, dishonest business practices and disappears after closing. Too many issues to list and tens of thousands of dollars later, still coming across problems. Opens LLC to protect from liability and moves on to the next job. A complete nightmare!

My husband and I recently purchased a house with Old Field Development LLC and at first we were hesitant because it was pure land at first but we loved the plan and layout of the house so much that we decided to trust in their work and we were so happy that we did. They did such a wonderful job with the house and not only that, they are nice people and easy to communicate with. Thomas and Garry are always responsive when we have questions and we see their true dedication in the work that they do. I would highly recommend them, trust me you will not regret it, they really do a great job!!!!!

I recently went through a whole house renovation with Old Field Development. Tom and Gary worked tirelessly to make sure I was moved into my home as quickly as possible, while also assuring that everything was done to the highest standards. They stayed on budget throughout the process. Tom and Gary are extremely knowledge and pay attention to every detail. They were always accessible and responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Old Field Development!

Old Field was hired to construction manage the demo and rebuild of a foreclosure we acquired for our primary residence. We had aggressive expectations in regards to timelines. Tom, Ed and Gary were extremely responsive and attentive through the entire process. They had access to great trades and were completely transparent with us. They were very knowledge, reliable and most importantly trustworthy. Overall great people that are always quick to assist with solutions to overcome challenges that inevitably will come up during the process. We appreciate them dealing with overbearing owners like us that wanted everything done now and couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
