Pace Development Group designed and built our 4,400 sq ft home near Freedom Park in Charlotte. They performed exceptionally well in the planning and buildout of our custom home! Pace's customer service is excellent with a keen focus on communications supported by the use of an automated system which enhanced our ability to track progress, get current status and document costs and change orders. The project manager kept the construction timeline and costs within expectations and made numerous amenity recommendations that increased the re-sale value of the home. Pace provided an "engaging" service helping their home buyers in making all the selections for the exterior and interior of the home. Making these decisions can be very stressful and Pace made it easy ....... and fun! Pace is an established and reputable builder in the Charlotte market and has been building custom homes for years. Key to their success is their knowledge of the local Charlotte market and their relationships with quality subcontractors. Quality is a key priority in everything Pace does and it showed in the building of our home. As evidence of their abilities, our home won the annual award "Major Achievement in Market Excellence" (MAME) for the "Best Outdoor Living Space" from the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte and finished in the top 3 of best homes built in 2020. We highly recommend Pace Development Group without hesitation in the construction of your custom home!!

Pace Development Group demonstrated 100% honesty and trustworthiness in the construction of our new home as well as a shared interest in the quality of construction. Having previously constructed several homes, you can measure the process by how you feel about your builder upon completion. I consider Brian Pace and his team to be good friends.

Brian Pace of Pace Development personally assisted me with our home addition/renovation in 2010. He provided plans, prints and excellent sub-contractors for the modifications. The job was completed on time and costs were as anticipated. job costs were $ 125,000. Excellent quality and supervision were above expectations. His electrician, Robert Sipes, really excelled in his work. I highly recommend this group.

Pace Development Group built a craftsman style custom home for us in 2013. Their attention to detail was incredible. All of the subcontractors used were professional and did superior work. This builder was able to meet our deadline of an August closing date even with the weather not co-operating in the early months of construction. He had many suggestions that we hadn't thought of during construction- rounding the corners of all walls, paneled archways, tongue and groove on the ceiling in our grandchildren's playroom which has a barn theme, and an arched bulkhead in the basement are just a few of his ideas we incorporated into our house. We love our house and so do all of our friends and relatives. If you are building or remodeling a house in the Charlotte, NC area, I would highly recommend using Pace Development Group.
