I am a sub-contractor who has personally done work for Palerider. Having to work with Sully and other subs to complete his projects. Working with Palerider has been smooth and stress-free. While working in construction there are many problems that can arise. Especially between sub-contractors. Sully is able to work with his subs in a calm and reasonable manner to resolve any concerns smoothly. Keeping everyone who works for him happy and willing to do good work for him. I'd be happy to do more work for Sully anytime.

Palerider Construction just finished our Casita/ garage build. It turned out beautiful. Sully was awesome at keeping us informed throughout. His subs were all great and very skilled. So excited to be in.

Sully, our contractor, did an excellent job on our casita/shop project! Biggest thing was his communication throughout the build. He uses quality trades who really care. I would recommend Palerider Construction for any size build.
