Over the years I have had frustrating times with contractors. Quotes that don’t mean anything or telephone calls that don’t materialize. You know what I mean. They tell you that they will be ready to start at 8 a.m. on Monday and it’s Wednesday and nothing is happening and of course nobody is returning your calls. Well let’s take a 360 and you have Beau Ladner. Mr. Ladner is a dream contractor. He met with us to discuss the quote in length. The job is broken down into sections. You can see exactly where your hard earned dollars are going. Once the job got started Beau called me every single day to review what was done and what was going to be done the next day. Who does that anymore? Beau does. He worked weekends and oversaw every single thing that went on in the building of our sunroom. From the brickwork to the ceiling fans he was present. Let me give you an example of how meticulous this man is. We had 6 white ceiling lights installed. I mentioned that they didn’t look right against the beige ceiling. Beau took all of them down and painted them to match the exact shade of the ceiling. He reinstalled them and they’re perfect. Never was anything a chore. I decided I wanted another door and it was no problem. My list could go on and on. The whole experience was enjoyable which never happens. I can’t imagine what it would be like to have Beau build a house for me but I will call him if I ever come into that position. Thank you very much for everything Beau. Five stars all the way! Actually 5 stars doesn’t seem enough….

Bo Ladner with Paramount Contractors was our custom home builder and we are so thankful that we used him. His craftsmanship and attention to details was outstanding. Bo had subcontractors that made an excellent team all working with us to make our dream home come true. He built our forever home, not just a home, but an award winning home selected as the Best of Mississippi in its size category for 2014. Attached are some photos that will make you a believer. Note that one picture is a sign he posts on your property during the building process that spells out his expectations on the grounds and most of all, his work ethic. Bo Ladner and Paramount Contractors made building our dream home a fun and exciting experience. At our first meeting Bo said, "I'm building your home but it has my name on it". I've not seen this level of pride, skill and attention to detail since watching my grandfather build cabinets. Every detail in our home was extremely well thought out and executed. Paramount post a "Code of Ethics sign, on site, something that is unusual in today's world; demanding people to act responsibly, clean-up after themselves while treating your property and home with respect. Paramount has a team of experienced and professional sub contractors who take pride in their work and meet Bo's high standards. He works extremely hard to keep costs on target by shopping for the best prices, passing on early / on time payment incentive to the customer and not settling for average. Since Bo accomplishes the foundation and framing personally, he is on-site constantly during the heavy construction phase. Once dried in, he allows highly professional subs to work with daily supervision. I accomplished much of the project living out of town but Bo called me at least daily for updates or inputs. He is always looking for better and more innovative ideas to incorporate into the process. Since he only takes on one house project at a time, you have his undivided attention while he builds your home. We'd definitely recommend Bo to friends, family or anyone preparing to build a custom home!
