Self Taught and working from the bottom up, my construction career started at 16 as a laborer. My first 17 years in the business I wore many hats: cement, roofing, equipment operator, brick layer and salesman. Then, in 1983 an opportunity happened. A 33 year old bricklayer/ insurance agent and a custom cabinet maker decided to join forces and create Paulson-Masters Inc. We were on to something! A few months later, Masters decided to renew his passion for cabinetry making. I became sole owner of the company, resulting in Paulson Construction Inc. Fulfilling a client’s dreams and desires is my ultimate goal. Never a “track home builder”, every Paulson home was and is custom designed and built. I have established long term relationships with the finest subcontractors in the industry. With my passion for design and imaginative subs, together we have a fine tuned team that loves a challenge. Creativity, attention to detail and cutting edge technology have given us a reputation as one of the top builders in MN. Paulson Construction’s motto is: “Expect to be Impressed”.
