At Pelco Builders, we work closely with our clients to create uniquely designed structures built to custom specifications. The design phase of construction consists of developing the site-plan, floor-plan, and layout of the project. To aid in design and bring the building to life before construction begins, we offer 3D modeling services. The owner is able to view and make changes in a virtual setting to a 3 dimensional rendering of the finished product. The design phase does not end with a hammering out a set of plans, it stops when construction stops, that's the fun part! During construction, we're still here and open to change. If you want to change the location, color, type, quantity, etc. of anything, that's still on the table. Until the building is complete and the keys are handed over, design is not finished.
