Pentrex has built affordable, single-family homes and villas in some of the most desired areas of St. Louis’s West County. “Pentrex began by developing individual lots” said Thomas P. Wolfner, President of Pentrexdev Holdings, Inc. “We soon found it increasingly difficult to find lots available to build on and decided to go into land development”. The company’s first community, Woodview Manor is located in Kirkwood, when the company acquired property from six different homeowners. The company has since completed Fahr Park, Dautel Farms and Graeser Acres in Creve Coeur, Ashby Place in St. Ann, Craig Forest in Kirkwood, Eagle Ridge in Chesterfield, Rule Place and Maryland Manor in Maryland Heights, Park Place Estates and Autumn View Pointe in Bridgeton. Current developments are Villas at Barrett Station in the Des Peres/Kirkwood Area, McKelvey Place in Bridgeton, Saline Creek Estates and San Luis Estates in Fenton and Ivy Trails in High Ridge. Although Wolfner does not consider himself a custom home builder, he acknowledges great efforts are made to individualize each home to meet the needs of each homebuyer. “The key to our success is that we work very hard to try to incorporate all of our homebuyers desires when it comes to building their new home.
