Phillips Construction LLC

I recently hired Phillips Construction to do an upgrade to my house consisting of a new roof, painting and door replacements. From the beginning of the project to the end was done fast and professional. I am now building 2 new offices and have hired them again due to the professionalism. I would highly recommend Them for future projects.

We decided to move to Austin from California last year and we met with multiple builders and looked at several areas to build our home. We met with Caleb twice and knew he was to be our builder. He was honest...down to earth,...almost too honest, set the expectation up front and bent over backwards to meet with us when we were available as we had to fly in on weekends and odd hours. We had many challenges through out this process but Caleb communicated multiple times a week and addressed all issues and concerns quickly. We had multiple delays do to weather and unforeseen supplier issues but we were still able to close on our home and move in on time... We would highly recommend Phillips Construction to anyone looking to build a higher end home or do a remodel. He has since come back and done some other projects we did not have time to do prior to closing...

Caleb Phillips has been in the homebuilding industry for many years. I know him to be a competent and thoughtful builder. I have utilized Caleb for smaller improvement projects around my current home and he is on-point and dedicated to getting the job done. If I am ever in a position to build my own custom home, Phillips Construction would be my choice. He can skillfully handle your smallest renovation to your largest custom home build. I hired this company for a kitchen remodel. Caleb was very patient throughout the process when I changed my mind many times and walked me through the different design choices. He gave great advice about where to save money and had design ideas that I hadn't thought about. Definitely recommend this builder.
