This home builder has many problems. - I was never given a completion date. Took longer than normal to complete. From initial fill dirt to home completion was over 7 months for a standard 1,800 sq ft house. - Lack of communication between the salesperson, the designer, the General contractor and the sub-contractors. - Pinnacle never reviewed my design selections before construction. - House would have been built with many wrong items if I didn't check job site continuously. There are still some things that are wrong that I didn't catch in time. - Due to messy job-site, I received a Cape Coral City Code Violation. - There are may cracks in my garage floor and entire slab under floor coverings. - I can point out problems/quality issues with almost every sub-contractor Pinnacle used. - I asked for some follow-up corrections. Its been over a month and haven't heard from them.

Pinnacle builders are a very professional organization. They build many homes in the area and can customize them to your needs. They are a very easy to communicate with no matter the level of management.
