It is with a smile on my face that I write this review...I have worked as a paint color consultant, designer and muralist on many of Platinum Builders' Homes including many of his Parade of Homes houses. With each and every project, Ted Hill has been exceptionally enjoyable to work with. His professionalism, creativity , detail, and ability to listen and respect the clients needs, while still offering his suggestions from years of experience will be evident to anyone who has Platinum Builders build or remodel for them. Because we had dealt with Ted Hill of Platinum Builders in the past, we knew we were hiring a contractor who was not only professional but also reliable and creative. The condo we purchased this past Spring was 30+ years old and in need of serious updating. In order to make the condo look updated and current, Ted incorporated many of his "Parade Home" features and ideas. We replaced the kitchen and three bathrooms with custom Amish cabinetry. The kitchen features a custom coffered ceiling which is carried through to the dining room. New wood floor was laid in the kitchen, living and dining areas; new energy efficient patio doors were installed and new lighting throughout. Our condo feels brand new and we are very happy with the results. Ted Hill, Platinum Builders gets our highest recommendation.

We hired Platinum Builders recently to remodel two bathrooms at our residence. The remodel consisted of tearing out the old cabinets, countertops, mirrors, and fixtures, and replacing them with custom Amish Cabinets and mirrors, granite countertops, and Kohler fixtures. The project was overseen by the owner/propietor of Platinum Builders, Ted Hill. My wife and I are extremely pleased by the quality of the work that was done. We hired Ted and his team because of their committment to quality at every level of the project. Ted kept in constant communication with me on the progress of the project, and kept all time committments. I believe Ted and his craftsmen and the subcontractors he employs are among the best in the business. They are friendly and always willing to explain what they are doing and why. Platinum Builders performed an amazing renovation to our basement transforming it from a dingy storage space to a fantastic entertaining new part of our home.
