We hired Pollard Construction to do a total house remodel/update. This project included moving a bathroom, adding an inside laundry room, completely remodeling a kitchen, along with installing new floors in the whole house, painting the interior and exterior of whole house, installing new fireplace, adding rock siding to exterior and interior chimney, and adding a rock wall feature in front "courtyard." The project took 5 months total. It was done in 3 stages to allow for our family to continue living in the home while moving to different areas of the home. Working with Mark and his team was a pleasure. They were all very respectful, courteous, and accommodating with us living in the home at the same time. I felt very safe having all these workmen in and out of my home on a daily basis, whether I was home or out. I felt they were protective of us as well as the home. With any project there are complications, and Mark's crew was always willing to work with us on any concerns and took full responsibility for completing each step to our standards graciously and with patience. I would recommend Mark and his crew to anyone wanting to work with a crew that is pleasant to work with and has high standards of satisfying the customer.
