My rent house burned and had to be completely gutted, rebuilt inside, along with a new roof and all new paint. Premier' workmen were prompt in getting the project completed and the end result was beautiful. The home looked like a new house. Jacob was always helpful and pleasant to work with. Thanks for a job well done. I've already recommended Premier to several friends.

Jacob Novicke and Premier Builders did a quality job in the construction of our new home. Jacob was very professional and easy to work with. He was also very flexible throughout the construction process. We have not had any significant issues since the house was completed in March 2020 and any minor issues were promptly handled as soon as we informed Jacob. We would definitely recommend Jacob and Premier Builders.

Jacob with Premier Builders was amazing when we worked with him on construction of our new home. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful from the initial architecture/ planning phase all the way through design and landscaping/outdoor spaces. He was very involved and was great at communicating. We feel his costs were very reasonable for the quality of work and professional experience we had with Premier Builders. Jacob has been working on our home renovation project for a year now. It was supposed to take 3 months. The reason it did not take a shorter amount of time is because we had to request two variances which added about a month, but ultimately it seemed like other projects were higher priority to Jacob than our project (we spent ~$100k+). The porch is the last item on the list, which hasn't even been started. Jacob's excuse was he couldn't get a framer to do the work. Jacob is a home builder and framing is literally the first step in all of his projects. If he doesn't have a framer for the amount of time he has claimed he doesn't have one - he is out of business. That has lead me to believe our project is not a priority to him, one year of waiting - what's another year going to do? Now of course Jacob is telling me the cost of material nearly doubled and he needs more money to do the job. Jacob seemed genuine at first but I've since lost a lot of trust in him.

Very disappointed in Jacob and my new home that was completed one year ago this month. I am not the only client that is disappointed in Jacob’s work and newly built homes. We also had contractors that Jacob hired for my home that were not paid when promised by Jacob that they would be, and they will no longer do work for Jacob. I wish I would have spoken sooner, but wanted to give Jacob a chance to try and fix some of the things done wrong, and to give Jacob a chance to grow his business. He doesn’t seem to have work ethic, or care about his clientele. At least not this one.

Jacob did a great job building our home. He was easy to work with and was always customer focused. In any big project, there will be changes. Jacob always shared whether there would be any additional cost and we could make a decision. He did a great job keeping it on budget and on schedule. Jacob has high integrity in everything he does. I would highly recommend Premier Builders for any project!

We interviewed several builders before selecting Premier Builders to build our custom home. We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision. He completed the job on time, on budget and the workmanship was superb. Our home was finished about a year ago and we have had no problems whatsoever. We met with 6 other custom home builders before we found Premier Builders. Finding Premier Builders was a true blessing! We were able to build our dream home at an affordable price. We came to Jacob with a custom floor plan and dreams as high as the sky. After meeting with Jacob, he was able to take us room by room and come up with affordable options to help our dream home become a reality. Many of the other builders wouldn't do that. Our house took about 9 months which was expected. We stayed in budget and on our timeline. We lived onsite and were able to be part of the whole process which was an amazing experience. We've been in our dream home for a year now and are loving every inch of it. We are so thankful for Premier Builders!
