My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Horrible home builder. Constant leaks with small storms, no follow through with warranty coverage, subpar craftsmanship. Basically they have crappy subcontractors that do the work with no quality assurance checks and balances. Worst half a million dollars ever spent.

Brandon was exceptional to deal with. We made several changes, at the last minute, and he got each of them done, in an extremely timely manner, without sacrificing any quality. We are so happy to have had the privilege of working with Brandon, to finish out the details of the home. His customer service is above and beyond, and his overall demeanor and willingness to help out, and make sure the customer is happy, is exemplary. We would definitely recommend Brandon if you are looking to build or buy a new home!
