If you’re looking for a builder who is honest, reliable, and truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Henry Castillo with Prime Construction. From the very beginning, Henry was an excellent communicator. He always answered our calls and texts promptly and kept us informed throughout every stage of the build. Since we lived out of town, those regular updates gave us tremendous peace of mind. His pricing was upfront, transparent, and fair. There were no unexpected costs or unpleasant surprises at the end of the project, which we greatly appreciated. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Henry was flexible, positive, and always willing to work with us to make our vision a reality. He consistently thought outside the box to solve challenges and genuinely wanted us to be happy with every decision and every detail. We also loved that Prime Construction is a family-run business. You can tell they take great pride in their work and treat their clients like family. Building a home can be stressful, but Henry made the entire experience enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our home and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a builder they can trust.

Henry and team (Especially Mike) were great! Henry is so kind and really loves what he does. Mike was always trying to be proactive for propelling our project forward. His attention to detail with his woodwork is amazing and will withstand all the mountain weather we have endured! My main take away from the entire project was communication and transparency between us and the Prime team. We are 2.5 hours away so weren't able to be there often. Henry and his team would send pictures and updates almost daily to help ease our minds!

We’re really happy with the house Prime Construction built for us. Henry, the owner and general contractor, was easy to talk to and open to our ideas and changes along the way, which made a big difference. We built our house during covid which caused some bumps—like scheduling delays and some lost materials—which caused a bit of extra stress. These issues were eventually resolved. Building a house is a huge and expensive undertaking for any family, and I did most of it remotely from Chicago with lots of trips to North Carolina. Henry was very flexible and coordinated with my travel schedule. We are grateful to have ended up with a finished home that we truly love. Henry was great to work with overall, and we appreciate how the project turned out.
