Charles Mullis was not my choice to build me and my wife's new home but I must say he was the best choice and indeed a blessing. Very respectful, knowledgeable and patient. Mr. Mullis took on our project in August 2017. Due to City delay in approving land to be cleared(not Mullis fault) our slab was not poured until 1/9/2018. Mr. Mullis saw our project through until the day we moved in on 7/1/2018. Me and my wife are forever grateful and we love our home.

I have worked with Charles in 3 projects. A new construction build, full home renovation and kitchen remodel. He is honest, timely, very experienced and a great problem solver, which comes in handy on renovations. I have built and renovated homes for 20+ years and he is the best I’ve ever used and is my “go-to” contractor for all my projects.

Mr. Mullis has actually completed 3 projects for us over the past several years. The final project involved an outside room enclosure project on the north side of our home. Mr, Mullis was able to remove a section of the existing pergola, and tie in a new matching roof to our existing roof. In addition, he miraculously matched the double knock down stucco design on the exterior with the exact colors so it would be unidentifiable as a new room. A similar project was done years before that involved closing three doorway openings and inserted windows. Again the stucco design and color were incredibly the exact colors of the original home. Because of his professional work, we know when we call on Mr. Mullis, his work will always be the upmost professional that could be found and considered "reputable and extraordinaire". We could not have been more pleased with Mr. Mullis's construction over the past several years.

Mr. Mullis manages his clients with honesty. We are informed up front of every little changes from the first day. His projects are done very efficiently for that reason. Mr. Mullis professionally assists us by gathering information, putting together documents, and being efficient in the field. He is always willing to accommodate other contractors and clients in his efforts of improving the business. Mr. Mullis is very kind person with high reputation. Also, he is very sincere.

Charles and his team are professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in cutting edge design and home building and have been by our side each step of the way.
